At Telford Towbars, we provide professional towbar fitting services for customers across the UK, combining specialist installation expertise, dedicated vehicle wiring and advanced towbar coding.
Our business is backed by Right Connections UK, a pioneer of dedicated towbar electrics in Britain for over 25 years, and Complete Diagnostics, a leading provider of dealer-level vehicle diagnostics and programming services supporting more than 600 garages and bodyshops across the UK and Ireland.
This unique combination of experience means our customers benefit from far more than a conventional towbar installation. From our specialist fitting centre in Telford and through our mobile fitting services, we provide professional towing solutions for modern vehicles.
All our towbar fitting prices include dedicated electrics and any necessary vehicle coding, with no additional programming charges.
For over 25 years, Right Connections UK has been at the forefront of dedicated towbar electrics, helping pioneer the introduction of vehicle-specific towbar wiring systems to the UK market.
Long before dedicated electrics became the preferred solution for many modern vehicles, Right Connections recognised the importance of developing wiring kits that integrate correctly with increasingly sophisticated vehicle electronics.
Today, Right Connections supplies dedicated towing electrical solutions to numerous vehicle manufacturers, automotive businesses and professional installers, with its expertise extending into international markets.
This heritage gives Telford Towbars a significant technical advantage. Our fitting technicians benefit from decades of specialist knowledge in vehicle wiring, electronic integration and modern towing systems.
When you choose Telford Towbars, you’re choosing an installation specialist backed by the pioneers of dedicated towbar electrics in the UK.
Telford Towbars is also supported by our sister company, Complete Diagnostics, a specialist automotive technology business established in 2019.
Complete Diagnostics provides advanced remote dealer-level diagnostics, vehicle coding, ECU programming and technical support to more than 600 garages and bodyshops across the UK and Ireland, including specialist repairers, accident repair centres and organisations operating vehicle fleets.
The company also supports multiple UK police forces with specialist vehicle diagnostic services.
Advanced Technology for Modern Vehicles
Modern cars contain sophisticated electronic systems controlling everything from vehicle safety features and parking sensors to trailer recognition and towing stability functions.
Complete Diagnostics gives automotive professionals access to specialist diagnostic technology and experienced technicians, allowing many complex electronic procedures to be completed remotely without requiring a separate visit to a main dealership.
Its services include:
Advanced vehicle diagnostics and electronic fault finding.
ECU coding, programming and configuration.
Manufacturer-specific diagnostic procedures.
Secure gateway access for supported vehicle manufacturers.
Remote technical assistance to garages and automotive specialists.
What This Means for Telford Towbars Customers
Through Complete Diagnostics, our towbar fitting technicians benefit from access to specialist diagnostic expertise and advanced vehicle programming capabilities.
When modern vehicles require electronic configuration following a towbar installation, we can support the correct integration of the dedicated wiring system with the vehicle’s electronic control units.
Depending on the vehicle, this can include trailer recognition, parking sensor integration, trailer lighting monitoring and manufacturer-supported towing safety functions.
All necessary vehicle coding is included in our towbar installation prices, with no additional programming charges.
Combined with Right Connections’ 25 years of dedicated towbar electrics expertise, this gives Telford Towbars a technical foundation that goes well beyond conventional towbar fitting.
